Hi,
I can't reproduce this bug.
For me the installation works fine, but the init script fails to start.
The reason for this is that newer kernels need to load the loop module
before mounting a loop device.
After running 'sudo modprobe loop' starting the service works.
Can you still reproduce this bug?
