Please remove mingw32-runtime, it is now entirely replaced by mingw-w64 (there are transitional packages in place for mingw32 and mingw32-binutils, none is required for mingw32-runtime). See the end of https://bugs.debian.org/648306 for Ron Lee's approval of this removal request (Ron being mingw32-runtime's maintainer).
