* What led up to the situation? * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Run ffmpeg on AMD K6-3 processor * What was the outcome of this action? It crashes with SIGILL in libtbb, the instruction that causes the crash is cmovne. * What outcome did you expect instead? The package should be compiled with -march=i486, like the rest of the Debian i386 distribution, so that it doesn't contain pentium-pro instructions. This crash happend on Wheezy, but libtbb2 in Sid is miscompiled too. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.6 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i586) Kernel: Linux 3.14.12 (PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=cs_CZ.UTF8, LC_CTYPE=cs_CZ.UTF8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libtbb2 depends on: ii libc6 2.13-38+deb7u3 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libstdc++6 4.7.2-5 libtbb2 recommends no packages. libtbb2 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
