Package: fai-client Version: 4.2.1 Severity: normal
A fai softupdate always reconfigures packages, if /usr/bin/debconf-get-selections is not installed. This leads to unwanted restarts of data base services. /usr/bin/debconf-get-sele comes with debconf-utils which is in the Recommeds line. It should be in the Depends line. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.6 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.12.18-atlas (SMP w/24 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE@euro (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to de_DE.utf-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages fai-client depends on: ii file 5.11-2+deb7u3 ii iproute 20120521-3+b3 ii libapt-pkg-perl 0.1.26+b1 ii perl 5.14.2-21+deb7u1 Versions of packages fai-client recommends: ii debconf-utils 1.5.49 pn libgraph-perl <none> Versions of packages fai-client suggests: pn logtail <none> -- Configuration Files: /etc/fai/fai.conf changed [not included] -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
