So, to the extent this is a problem, it seems to be a documentation issue. Perhaps a sentence in README.Debian would be good: "Some documents refer to scripts pyskel.py and test.py. Those scripts are specific to particular instances, and can be found in /var/lib/zope3/instance/myinstance/bin/.
