I have not seen the issue myself for a long time. But from my logs it seems that nslcd is now started before the network is available. Perhaps systemd does not honour the LSB headers in the init script? If you can include the debugging information that is described here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=643948#61 that would be extremely helpful.
