No. This is not an important bug. And since wheezy is stable, only
very important things should be patched and uploaded to wheezy updates.
You can use all newer dracut versions in wheezy (I doing this for a
long time) without any problems. That way, you get much more bug fixes
and features for dracut.
I you like to stay with the official wheezy version, just edit
/etc/dracut.conf and add the virtio driver to the variable
#add_drivers+=""
