If it hasn't been orphaned, it would be rather pointless to remove it, as the latest upstream version (3.16) is just a year old (2013-03-29): http://sourceforge.net/projects/elilo/files/elilo/elilo-3.16/ (while in Debian currently has v3.14 2011-01-13).
