Hi again, I made above report too fast. I found out that I also needed to upgrade from unstable xfce4-session and xfce4-power-manager. Now everything works fine with the newest 0.99.0-3 upower. But I think that upower version should't go to testing before these xfce packages... This bug can be closed.
