It's fixed; the i386 packages are currently being built by the Debian buildds [1] and awaiting upload to the mirror network, whereas the amd64 packages are already being mirrored. As with most packages, there's always going to be a slight delay between the maintainer uploading a package to ftpmaster, and the package on any specific architecture being made available to users (depending on a number of factors, including buildd delays, outdated mirrors, etc.).
