libkolabxml has a ABI change, this affects packages generated from it, from libkolab, and from kdepim-runtime. Libkolab and libkolabxml will be updated simultaneously. The kde team is pushing for this transition because kdepim-runtime requires the newer versions of libkolabxml and libkolab.
