I'm not sure you need a transition at all, because none of libtrio's
reverse-dependencies are in testing: mednafen is waiting for libtrio1 to
transition, and ghostscript only uses libtrio in experimental. There's no
risk of a collision either, none of mednafen's or libtrio's dependencies are
involved in transitions themselves.

But it is polite to ask ;-) so let's stick to your plan!

BTW the last time I asked for a binNMU in experimental it never happened, so
ghostscript will probably end up waiting for the next sourceful upload; but
it's experimental so it doesn't matter as far as the transition is concerned.
