Hello Adam,

I do not expect to have this kind of transition "very single time a
new version of gnutls comes out". This is something of a one time
thing.

I cannot simply move "libgnutls-dev" to depend on GnuTLS v3. There is
API breakage, requiring source changes for a non-trivial number of
important packages.

So please make a sourceful upload of kbtin ASAP.
