   * What led up to the situation? I'm not sure an update I think

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? searched online for awnsers found none that helped

  * What was the outcome of this action? i am told that i'm not a superuser by 
my laptop

   * What outcome did you expect instead? that it would fix the problem
