Package: src:linux Version: 3.2.60-1+deb7u1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
the kernel of my NAS recently began to oops while I am building a large source package (see syslog excerpt below). dpkg-source runs on a client, the files are stored on filesystem exported by the NAS with NFS4. This happend three times after the latest kernel update, but never before. -- Package-specific info: ** Version: Linux version 3.2.0-4-kirkwood (debian-ker...@lists.debian.org) (gcc version 4.6.3 (Debian 4.6.3-14) ) #1 Debian 3.2.60-1+deb7u1 ** Command line: console=ttyS0,115200 root=/dev/ram initrd=0xa00000,0x900000 ramdisk=34816 ** Not tainted ** Kernel log: [ 10.553319] scsi0 : sata_mv [ 10.556857] scsi1 : sata_mv [ 10.560195] ata1: SATA max UDMA/133 irq 21 [ 10.564335] ata2: SATA max UDMA/133 irq 21 [ 11.072329] ata1: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl F300) [ 11.592360] ata1.00: ATA-8: WDC WD10EZRX-00A8LB0, 01.01A01, max UDMA/133 [ 11.599094] ata1.00: 1953525168 sectors, multi 0: LBA48 NCQ (depth 31/32) [ 11.642362] ata1.00: configured for UDMA/133 [ 11.646981] scsi 0:0:0:0: Direct-Access ATA WDC WD10EZRX-00A 01.0 PQ: 0 ANSI: 5 [ 12.162330] ata2: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl F300) [ 12.222356] ata2.00: ATA-8: WDC WD10EZRX-00A8LB0, 01.01A01, max UDMA/133 [ 12.229087] ata2.00: 1953525168 sectors, multi 0: LBA48 NCQ (depth 31/32) [ 12.252531] ata2.00: configured for UDMA/133 [ 12.257111] scsi 1:0:0:0: Direct-Access ATA WDC WD10EZRX-00A 01.0 PQ: 0 ANSI: 5 [ 12.296443] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] 1953525168 512-byte logical blocks: (1.00 TB/931 GiB) [ 12.304172] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] 4096-byte physical blocks [ 12.309901] sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] 1953525168 512-byte logical blocks: (1.00 TB/931 GiB) [ 12.317615] sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] 4096-byte physical blocks [ 12.332242] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Write Protect is off [ 12.337094] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Mode Sense: 00 3a 00 00 [ 12.337246] sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] Write Protect is off [ 12.342064] sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] Mode Sense: 00 3a 00 00 [ 12.342202] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Write cache: enabled, read cache: enabled, doesn't support DPO or FUA [ 12.351361] sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] Write cache: enabled, read cache: enabled, doesn't support DPO or FUA [ 12.378786] sda: sda1 [ 12.383485] sdb: sdb1 [ 12.388058] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Attached SCSI disk [ 12.392789] sd 1:0:0:0: [sdb] Attached SCSI disk [ 12.772352] md: md0 stopped.
