Dear Maintainer,

After installing s3cmd, when I try to run it the program crashes with the 
following error:

ImportError trying to import dateutil.parser.
Please install the python dateutil module:
$ sudo apt-get install python-dateutil
  or
$ sudo yum install python-dateutil
  or
$ pip install python-dateutil
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    except (ParameterError, InvalidFileError), e:
NameError: name 'ParameterError' is not defined


This is fixed by installing python-dateutil. Please add a dependency for the 
package on ptyhon-dateutil.
