Package: git-dpm
Version: 0.8.5-1
Severity: normal

When removing a patch from the middle of the series, subsequent patches are
reunumbered. This results in a noisy diff when the old and new packages are
debdiffed (in my case by the release team as part of a review for a stable
update).

It would be nicer if existing patches did not change name when another patch
is removed.
