Package: libedit2 Version: 3.1-20140213-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Since the libedit2 update to 3.1-xxxx rl_callback_read_char() is broken. I've raised a bug report with upstream (NetBSD) here: http://gnats.netbsd.org/48957 This is now fixed. Diff available at: http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/src/lib/libedit/readline.c.diff?r1=1.110&r2=1.111&sortby=date Also it'd be nice if you bump LIBEDIT_MAJOR, LIBEDIT_MINOR or both to match what the current versioning in the package, something that was apparently missed when the version was bumped from 2.11-xxxx to 3.1-xxxx. Thanks. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.14-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libedit2 depends on: ii libbsd0 0.6.0-2 ii libc6 2.19-4 ii libtinfo5 5.9+20140118-1 ii multiarch-support 2.19-4 libedit2 recommends no packages. libedit2 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
