That doesn't match my understanding and experience. AFAIK, there is
no internet access (available|allowed) but connections to localhost
are fine.
Otherwise we would have seen tons of bug reports over the years
already ...
Another example, this time an arch:any package: libzeromq-perl
Fails in cowbuilder with the new pbuilder with:
