I have just pushed qtbase-opensource-src 5.3.1+dfsg-3 which should fix the FTBFS in gammaray and fcitx-qt5 due to a improper check in the cmake files.
Please schedule a binNMU with a waitdep on it (or I can ping you whenever qtbase gets built everywhere too).
