Package: gnucash
Severity: grave

When trying to install gnucash, the following is output:

# apt-get install gnucash
[...]
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gnucash: Depends: slib (>= 3a1-2) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: guile-1.6-slib but it is not going to be installed

Note that when I try several dependencies with gnucash, I get:

# apt-get install gnucash slib guile-1.6-slib guile-1.6-libs
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
guile-1.6-libs is already the newest version.
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
slib: Conflicts: guile-1.6-libs (<= 1.6.7-1.1) but 1.6.7-1.1 is to be
installed
E: Broken packages

When I try to compile gnucash from source, I run into the same
dependency issue.
