I guess I should have just removed the usb-autosuspend module. It should
be disabled by  default. The new runtime-pm module should take over.

Please ensure that CONTROL_USB_AUTOSUSPEND=0 is set. And also ensure
that the blacklisting of the devices is done in runtime-pm.conf. If you
still run into issues, please enable debug logs (DEBUG=1) and share it.
