If you are consistently getting this FTBFS problem and have the time/inclination. The patch is found at: https://gitorious.org/procps/procps/commit/cacba5613ec3333e6536820a0453ae67026eafde It's actually dependent on the pbuilder not having procps installed, strangely enough. If it works (or doesn't) let me know.
