Bah, stupid me. Completely missed that there is a SysV init script for both quota and quotarpc, so the start part is handled by the invoke-rc.d code generated by dh_installinit. So dh_systemd_start seems to do the right thing here. It's only dh_systemd_enabled which looks broken. -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
