Package: openntpd
Version: 20080406p-5
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The openntpd man page says

When ntpd receives a SIGINFO signal, it will
write its peer and sensor status to syslog.

However, Linux doesn't have a SIGINFO.

I've attached a simple patch that uses SIGUSR1 instead of
SIGINFO to trigger the report.

  Thanks,
    Osric Wilkinson
