Dear Maintainer,

Is it possible to mark autopoint as Multi-Arch:foreign?

Currently autopint has 106 reverse B-D, which are all not
cross-buildable, because there autopoint:$HOST is uninstallable. Most
notably make-dfsg, xz-utils and util-linux cannot be cross-built due to
this issue.

There are good reasons to assume that autopoint can indeed be marked
Multi-Arch:foreign.

 * It is an Arch:all package without maintainer scripts, so it is not
   inherently architecture dependent.
 * The autopoint executable does not make any explicit use of the
   architecture set by dpkg.
 * Building xz-utils and util-linux with unsatisfied B-D (i.e. with
   autopoint for the wrong architecture) works.
 * Ubuntu generally treats all Arch:all packages in B-D as M-A:foreign
   and has not yet experienced problems with this approach.
