This seems fairly reasonable to me.  Go 1.3 is actually out now (and
probably thus worth a retest), but gccgo is still pretty
"experimental", and I don't know how much testing Docker + gccgo has
received.

Also, Docker compiled with Go 1.3 still has a few minor functionality
issues that Docker upstream is working through.
