I can't reproduce this bug using quassel 0.10.0-1 on unstable. I do also have 
the same version of libsqlite3-0.

This is so far the first sql backend related bug in more than a week of 
pushing qt4 to unstable. Considering the amount of usage of it I would have 
expected more bugs sooner. So there is a big chance that the problem might be 
on your side.

Maybe trying full-upgrading and/or debsums?
