Hi Daniel, I added you to the alioth project. Please feel free to prepare an upload. Also note, that the pkg-gnupg team is not the original maintainer of libgpg-error. The package is updated via NMUs for more than two years. There is AFAIK still no official statement, that the pkg-gnupg team may take this package. So please do an NMU. JFTR: The same goes for gpgme.
