I checked with FAX-Call-t38-CA-TDM-SIP-FB-1.pcap on
http://wiki.wireshark.org/SampleCaptures#SIP_and_RTP and I could hear
the call but I could not see it.
Your RTP sample may have been encoded in a way not supported by Wireshark.
For the record 1.8.x does not have the problem.
