php-sabre-event and php-sabre-http are mostly useful as php-sabre-dav 2 dependencies, but php-sabre-dav 1.8 is targeted for Jessie, so there is little point in releasing Jessie with those two packages. #749641 contains a few pointers for the rationale of php-sabre-dav 1.8 for Jessie. Regards David
