Today it’s enough, but once php-sabre-dav 1.8 is uploaded to unstable, I
intend to upload a (true) php-sabre-dav 2 to experimental, so the higher
limit is worth it (for later).

If you don’t mind your package to not migrate to testing for another
month, that’s OK (maybe the package in unstable will allow wider tests
until then).

The owncloud version currently in unstable still depends on the legacy
php-sabre-dav 1.7, and I don’t think it’s a good idea to push owncloud 7
that is in its first alpha release to unstable, so I intend to wait for
it, sorry.

I finally used:
php-sabre-dav (>= 1.8), php-sabre-dav (<< 2.0.0+really1.9)
in owncloud 7 following your lead, that will work now and later (even if
I still intend to change the higher version to 1.9 once uploaded to
unstable).
