Package: gdb Version: 7.7.1-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? Attempting to debug icedove in unstable on i386 architecture. Opening an attachment outside of gdb results in: Segmentation fault but opening an attachment in icedove under gdb results in: Cannot find user-level thread for LWP 28935: generic error * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I tried removing libc6-x32:i386 and libc6-i686:i386 * What was the outcome of this action? same problems. * What outcome did you expect instead? some means of debugging icedove on i386. see #751077 *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (500, 'oldstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-rc1+ (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages gdb depends on: ii libbabeltrace-ctf1 1.2.1-2 ii libbabeltrace1 1.2.1-2 ii libc6 2.19-3 ii libexpat1 2.1.0-6 ii liblzma5 5.1.1alpha+20120614-2 ii libncurses5 5.9+20140118-1 ii libpython3.4 3.4.1-6 ii libreadline6 6.3-6 ii libtinfo5 5.9+20140118-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-1 Versions of packages gdb recommends: ii gdbserver 7.7.1-1 ii libc6-dbg [libc-dbg] 2.19-3 Versions of packages gdb suggests: ii gdb-doc 7.7.1-1 -- debconf-show failed -- debsums errors found: prelink: /usr/bin/gdb: at least one of file's dependencies has changed since prelinking -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
