Package: file Version: 1:5.19-1 Severity: wishlist The /etc/magic attached to this bug report has better matches for MySQL database files which provide all the information I could find. The matches for old versions of MySQL files are based on data from mysql.com and the matches for current versions are based on mysql.com data verified by tests against databases I run.
In the section for the MyISAM index file I have two commented lines which are based on data from mysql.com but don't provide intelligible results when I run it against my own databases.
