The call was: dh_systemd_enable quotarpc.service So that would explain it. However, the way I read the manpage, this call should have worked. It says: dh_systemd_enable [debhelper options] [--no-enable] [unit file ...] So it talks about just using the unit file name as option. And --name is not mentioned at all, not even in man debhelper as debhelper option.
