   * Switch explicitly depending on g++-4.8 to g++-4.9.  This is only
     needed because sh4 still defaults to g++-4.6.  (Closes: #751332)

I see this repeated in many uploads, however this is wrong. sh4 defaults to
4.8 now. This will lead to a new round of bug reports ... why can't you just
use the default GCC?
