I see from the NEW queue that this uses wxwidgets2.8: https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/wxastrocapture_1.8.1+git20140303+dfsg-2.html We're in the middle of a transition to eliminate wxwidgets2.8 from the archive, so it's not helpful to be adding new packages which depend on it: https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/wxwidgets3.0.html Have you tried building wxastrocapture against wxwidgets3.0?
