I disagree. Section 9.3 of the Policy Manual is quite obviously
outdated. It says practically nothing about LSB, failing to mention even
the LSB headers that are basically mandatory these days for update-rc.d
to properly order dependencies. This is also a chicken/egg problem. The
more holdouts there are to implementing LSB support, the longer it will
take to get LSB features added to the Policy Manual.

The two canonical sources of information should be considered the
LSBInitScripts wiki page, and /etc/init.d/skeleton, both of which
clearly indicate that 'status' is required.

Moreover, the fact that stunnel is effectively broken for use with
heartbeat/corosync also warrants a 'serious' status, IMHO.
