Hi. Is there any special reason why codeblock/eclipse are suggested? I mean I'd understand if you'd suggest a special cmake editor, or plugin for cmake builds or so... but these are just normal IDEs... You could as well suggest all others like anjuta, or editors like vim, gedit, kate (which probably all have syntax highlighting for cmake).
