The package was generated without any problem. For the tests, I don't see any 
problem.

Take a look at the build process on a ppc64el:

root@debian-le-1-2:~/source/liburcu/liburcu-0.8.4# patch -p1 < 
~/liburcu_add_ppc64le_architecture.patch
