Bug#750023: slapd: stop embedding liblmdb

Package: slapd
Version: 2.4.39-1

Now that liblmdb is in Debian, it would be nice if slapd would build 
against that, instead of against the embedded copy.

I haven't tried this yet and have no idea what kinds of problems it's 
going to cause. :)
