I'm going to change this bug to just be about dropping the effectively
unused dependency on wx, as that's what I'll do if I end up having to
NMU p7zip to make progress with the on-going wxwidgets3.0 transition.
That seems the safest option as it won't change what's in the binary
package.
If you think the GUI should in fact be packaged, please create a new
bug for that.
