I've just uploaded wxwidgets3.0 3.0.0-4 - with this version, wx-config
only includes "webview" in the list of libraries that "std" expands to
if libwxgtk-webview3.0-dev is installed.
The webview support was only enabled in 3.0.0-3, so the no-wx-webview
patch is only required if you're building against 3.0.0-3. It's
harmless to apply it for other versions though.
