The download works, but the feedback is incorrect and the --filename-format
%i.%s switch fails when using an --agent value:

cclive 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIDGsz_8k_E' --filename-format %i.%s -s
fmt18_360p --agent 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/31.0'
Checking ... ........ ....... nIDGsz_8k_E. 0.00M []
[---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------]
    0.0M 0.0K/s 00:00:01

The file is in fact downloaded, in spite of the feedback saying 0.00M etc. It
is given the name of the ID only -- %i rather than %i.%s.

If I remove the --agent switch, it behaves correctly. I tried a couple of user
agent string values, made no difference.

Bug present in both 0.7.16-1 and 0.7.16-2. I don't know this is an upstream
problem, but it seems likely.

Workaround is to use %i.mp4 (specify extension, if known).
