you can simply restart wpa_supplicant.

Please also includine the wpasupplicant log and the
/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/59293779 connection file (make
sure to XXXX the psk)

Is this specific to this particular wireless network or a general issue?
Does autoconnect work for a lan connection?
