Hmm... I gave no changes on po files.
I found no difference between upstream and debian source.

But..., I think, the file in upstream is mixture of UTF-8
and ISO-8859-1. It seems that the half from top is encoded
in UTF-8 and, bottom half is encoded in ISO-8859-1.
I cannot check properly French and ISO-8859-1, please check
the file if you can;

I'm Sorry, this is my miss. I forgot to add original source
when building package. I'll upload fixed version soon.
