Dear maintainer,
I've prepared an Ubuntu update for systemtap (versioned as 2.3-3) and
forwarding the change to you. After converting systemtap-sdt-dev to
become Arch:all, it now also needs M-A:foreign stanza to unbreak
cross-building package, with build-deps depending on
systemtap-sdt-dev. (e.g. build-dep on foo Arch:any M-A:same, which
depends on systemtap-sdt-dev, at cross-building results in trying to
install Arch:any, e.g. systemtap-sdt-dev:armhf)
