Package: apt-proxy
Version: 1.9.25
Severity: minor

apt-proxy.log is owned by aptproxy:nogroup. I generally add users to
the adm group to be able to read logs in /var/log, but this doesn't get
them access to the apt-proxy log, which is inconvenient.
