Hi. The package libecap fails to build in new architecture because it doesn't contain the new libtool files. I was able to build it including the dh-autoreconf mk file after autotools. I am attaching my patch here also. If using this way to solve this problem, the files ChangeLog, NEWS and AUTHORS will need to be created also.
