Package: radare2 Version: 0.9-3 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
please see the thread at https://github.com/radare/radare2/issues/928 Specifically, radare2 doesn't properly disassemble all MIPS instructions in analysis mode. The problem has been fixed in (at least) 0.9.7 and later upstream, so this issue would be resolved by using the latest available upstream. I tried to test the version packaged by Debian for Jessie (0.9.6), but this has a dependency on valabind >= 0.7.x which doesn't exist. I also failed built 0.9.6 from upstream git and that also failed for me, so I have now successfully migrated from Wheezy's version to upstream git in /usr/local which fixes the problem for me. So I guess I am reporting this bug for the information of other Debian users who might come here first. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.2 APT prefers stable APT policy: (700, 'stable'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages radare2 depends on: ii libc6 2.13-38 ii libradare2-0.9 0.9-3 Versions of packages radare2 recommends: ii libradare2-dev 0.9-3 radare2 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
